【 Job Description】

【Background of Recruitment】

The company's talent management SaaS has achieved No. 1 in customer satisfaction and is rapidly expanding its market share. Since the concepts of HR data differ from one organization to another, the domain and data modeling present high levels of technical difficulty.

Against this background, the company currently implements Scrum development with a "one-product, one-team" structure to reduce cognitive load. To further accelerate business growth, it is seeking a Tech Lead who can guide the team from a technical perspective and spearhead development.

【Responsibilities for Tech Lead (Back-end Engineer)】

The Tech Lead will be responsible for a wide range of missions in product development, including:

・Server-side Development: Designing, developing, and improving the performance of existing and new services.

・Technical Strategy: Extracting technical requirements from customer needs and making implementation decisions and technology selections that maximize business impact.

・Architecture & Team Design: Designing team structures and implementing/operating architectures that achieve high productivity.

・Environment Optimization: Establishing environments that balance development speed and quality, such as introducing automated testing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.

[Scope of Change in Duties] All aspects of the company's development operations.

【Development Structure】

The company adopts the Scrum framework and practices Agile development. Development is organized into microservices, with each team consisting of 3 to 8 members. Each team operates on a 1-to-2-week sprint cycle, rapidly executing the "Planning → Development → Review → Retrospective" process. Furthermore, the engineering teams collaborate closely with the business side to maximize customer value and mitigate uncertainties.

【 Requirements】

【Required】

・Empathy with the company's PURPOSE, MISSION, and VALUES

・Experience developing web applications using statically typed languages and RDBs

・Experience developing within teams of 5 or more members

・Practical experience designing, reviewing, and improving code with a focus on quality aspects such as readability, maintainability, and testability

・Any of the following:

  • Experience designing and implementing with performance considerations (scalability, response speed, resource optimization, etc.)

  • Experience introducing technologies or measures to improve development productivity and achieving results

  • Fundamental knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and experience applying this knowledge to solve problems

・Experience developing with the Go programming language

・Experience leading technology selection and architecture design

・Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, and microservices architecture

・Experience developing using public cloud services

・Experience developing within large codebases
