【 Job Description】

■An Engineer-First Work Environment and Culture

The company defines its ideal engineering organization as one that "delivers the best possible experience to customers with speed and continuity." Every day, the team challenges itself to rapidly release products and features that remain the preferred choice of its users.

To realize this ideal, the company employs a "Product-Centric Strategy." All engineers and designers proactively gather information on business goals, competitors, and market trends, integrating these insights directly into their daily development activities to reach the product's ultimate objectives.

Recently, the company launched an organizational problem-solving project led by Tech Leads and Product Managers (PdMs) to build an ideal, engineer-driven organization. The project selects specific themes every three months and utilizes the OODA loop to drive organizational improvements.

Rather than a top-down approach, a bottom-up culture of taking initiative is deeply ingrained. Regardless of tenure or department, members engage in constructive discussions and take on new challenges, constantly asking, "What more can be done to build a better organization and a better product?"

■Development Structure

The company adopts the Scrum framework and practices Agile development.

Development is organized around microservices, with each team consisting of 3 to 8 members. Each team operates on a 1-to-2-week sprint cycle, executing the "Planning → Development → Review → Retrospective" process to deliver functional software in small, incremental iterations.

Within this cycle, the teams collaborate closely with stakeholders outside the immediate development group to proactively reduce uncertainties and ensure alignment with broader objectives.

■Performance Evaluation System

Goal Setting: The company sets Performance Goals and Value-based Goals on a semi-annual basis. For development teams, these goals are formulated through consultations with the Product Manager (PdM), Project Manager (PjM), and Tech Lead (TL) associated with each product.

Feedback and Review Cycle: The company conducts 1-on-1 review meetings every three months to track progress. Formal performance evaluations are held semi-annually, with salary reviews conducted once a year in April.

Preventing "Evaluation Surprises": By aligning expectations during the quarterly 1-on-1 sessions, the company ensures there are no "surprises" during the final evaluation period, maintaining a fair and transparent process for all employees.

■Responsibilities for Frontend Tech Lead

The Frontend Tech Lead will be responsible for a wide range of missions in product development, including:

・Product Development & Operations: Overseeing all aspects of development and maintenance for HRBrain products.

・Architectural Design: Designing robust architectures to prevent the accumulation of technical debt.

・Development & Code Review: Executing high-quality coding and performing rigorous code reviews for the team.

・UX Implementation: Implementing frontend solutions specifically focused on improving User Experience (UX).

・Cross-functional Collaboration: Aligning requirements through close communication with Product Managers and Designers.

・Environment & Framework Building: Establishing and optimizing development environments, team structures, and internal workflows.
