Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
- Build and enhance SaaS products using
TypeScript, React, - Implement
type-safe API communication
using tRPC - Develop intuitive, high-performing AI chat interfaces
- Create and maintain reusable UI component libraries
- Drive frontend improvements for new features and UX enhancements
Quality & Performance Optimization
- Monitor and resolve frontend errors (e.g., via
Sentry
) - Continuously improve Core Web Vitals
- Optimize bundle size & implement code splitting
- Maintain libraries, upgrade versions, and introduce productivity tools
Collaboration & Processes
- Work with designers on UI/UX
- Coordinate API specs with backend engineers
- Propose enhancements to CI/CD pipelines
- Promote code quality through reviews and documentation
Team Structure
You will join the
In-House AI SaaS Development Group
within a 65-member engineering organization divided into:
- Client Solutions Development
- In-House AI SaaS Product Development
- Common Infrastructure (Infra / Data / AI R&D)
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of
frontend development experience - Professional experience with
React
and
- Strong
TypeScript
and type-safe coding skills - Experience improving code quality and performance
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub in a PR-based workflow
- Experience writing unit & integration tests
- Hands-on experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS/GCP/Azure) and
Docker/Kubernetes - Japanese proficiency -
N2
level or higher (able to conduct interviews and perform tasks in Japanese)
