Job Description
- Lead the development of
responsive and user-friendly interfaces
using modern frontend frameworks such as
React or
. - Work closely with Product Designers to implement
pixel-perfect UI components
and ensure design consistency. - Architect and integrate frontend applications with
backend APIs and AI services
. - Optimize application performance, ensure
cross-browser compatibility
, and apply frontend best practices. - Mentor junior developers and interns, and collaborate with QA teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Drive
design system development
and make architectural decisions for reusable component libraries. - Participate in
technical planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions
.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in
frontend development
, with hands-on expertise using the
WebPerformer low-code platform
. - Ability to implement UI using both
standard WebPerformer features and custom JavaScript
. - Experience consuming
RESTful APIs
and building UI screens based on API responses. - Ability to analyze and understand
Java-based APIs
. - Japanese proficiency at
JLPT N2 level or equivalent
, with priority given to candidates with strong
listening and speaking skills
.
