テクニカルアーキテクト(TA)は、カスタマーサクセス部門のプロフェッショナルサービスチームに所属し、戦略的なお客様企業のSalesforceを活用したデジタルトランスフォーメーションを支援・推進する技術コンサルタントです。 具体的には、
- IT戦略アドバイザーとして、システム化構想策定・全体アーキテクチャ設計・PoC・要件定義等のプロジェクト上流工程の支援・遂行
- プライムコントラクターとしてSalesforce導入プロジェクトの遂行
- お客様・パートナー様主体の個別プロジェクトまたは複数プロジェクト横断での技術支援等の案件において、高い技術力とSalesforceプラットフォームの専門的な知識をもとにプロジェクトをリードし、お客様のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを成功へと導きます。
業務詳細
- 信頼されるアドバイザーとしてお客様の成功にフォーカスし、お客様の戦略を理解した上でプロジェクトを推進する
担当プロジェクトにおいてはSalesforce活用に関わる以下の作業を自ら行う、もしくはお客様やパートナー様を支援する
システム全体のアーキテクチャ設計(外部連携、認証、セキュリティ方式、大量データ処理方式、モバイル活用など)、開発戦略・計画の立案
- プロトタイプ構築・技術検証の実施
- 要件定義とソリューションデザインの実施
- 開発ガイド・規約といった開発標準の作成や開発・運用プロセスを管理・効率化する仕組みの整備(CI/CDなど)
- 技術課題に対するトラブルシュートと解決策の提示
- 主要なプロジェクト成果物のレビューとアドバイス
- 実行可能なプラットフォームの設定・構築・テスト(外部システムや認証基盤との連携、宣言的機能の設定、再利用可能なカスタム開発機能の設計・実装、など)
CoEやDevOps組織の構築とSalesforce活用推進
お客様やビジネスパートナーとのコミニケーションを密接に行い、信頼の獲得および期待値の管理を行う
- プロジェクトマネージャー、ビジネスアーキテクトやソリューションアーキテクトなど他のロールのメンバーと協働し、チームとして成果を出す
- Salesforceエキスパートとして認定資格取得および新しいプロダクトや技術を継続的に学習する
- Saleforceがグローバルで保有するベストプラクティス・ナレッジ・メソドロジーを学び、活用し、かつ自己の経験に基づいたナレッジの蓄積にも貢献する
- グローバルの製品開発チームやアーキテクトと協力しお客様の課題解決に取り組む
- 社内外で情報発信を行い、パートナーエコシステムやTrailbrazerコミュニティの拡大に貢献する

テクニカルアーキテクト(TA)は戦略的なお客様において、複雑で難易度の高いプロジェクトにおいて構想策定から開発・運用まで幅広く支援し、Salesforceを含めたシステム全体での最適なアーキテクチャ・ソリューションを提供することで、お客様のビジネスおよびデジタルトランスフォーメーションを成功に導きます。
TAは業務の遂行において、グローバルの知見・ナレッジに容易にアクセスすることが可能で、製品開発チームやトップレベルのSalesforceアーキテクトの同僚と協働することで、一流のSalesforceおよびクラウドアーキテクトとして成長することができます。
またTAはSalesforce外部のオンプレミスシステムやクラウドサービス(IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, IDaaS等)とのシステム統合にも責任を持つため、Salesforce以外のプロジェクト経験やテクニカルスキルを十分に活用することができ、オープンでベンダーに依存しない最新のテクノロジー・標準仕様やクラウドアーキテクチャについても習得することができます。
Basic Requirements
- エンタープライズ向けシステム開発・CRM等ソフトウェア導入・コンサルティングなどのデリバリー経験(5年から10年程度)
- アーキテクトや技術リーダー、10数名程度のプロジェクトマネージャやプロジェクトリーダーとしてリーダーシップを発揮した経験(5年程度)
- 一般的なWebアプリケーション開発およびデータモデリングの知識・経験
- 技術的な作業(クラウドサービスの設定・動作検証、簡易なプログラミング、等)を自らがクイックに行えるハンズオンスキル
- 自発的に仕事ができる能力や、オーナーシップをもって複雑なプロジェクトをリードする能力
- 論理的思考、課題解決、プレゼンテーション等のコンサルティングスキル
- 顧客とのコミュニケーション、ファシリテーション能力
- 新しい技術や製品を学習する能力、強い探究心
- チームで仕事をする能力
Preferred Requirements
- システムインテグレーション、シングルサインオン、大量データ処理、モバイル開発、アジャイル開発プロセス、DevOps等の専門的な知識
- CXOなどのエグゼクティブクラスや部長クラス、また担当者など、それぞれの相手に合わせた柔軟なコミュニケーション能力、リエゾンとしての調整能力
- Salesforceの各種クラウドソリューションやCRMに関する知識・経験
- Webフロントエンド開発経験(特にAngular, React, Vue.jsなどSPA)
- 英語によるコミュニケーション
- 大規模プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
