The service is a Contract Management Platform that enables contracts to be seamlessly and entirely digitized, from execution to management and AI review. It allows for smooth and secure contract execution through electronic signatures and time stamps compliant with the Electronic Signature Act. In 2023, it became the first general-purpose electronic contract service in Japan to launch a 'My Number Card Signature' feature. Furthermore, by actively adopting AI technology, such as AI contract management and AI review support services, it achieves overall time reduction in contract operations. It is the No. 1 service in the electronic contract market, widely adopted by companies and local governments.*

【Introduction to the Recruiting Department】

・Product Engineering Department (Contract Execution Domain)

This development team is involved in feature development for contract execution duties, particularly the functions related to the signing parties within the company's Contract Management Platform.

They drive product development—including new product development, new feature development, and feature improvements—by collaborating with the business division.

It is anticipated that the assigned individual will have the opportunity to engage in a wide range of activities, taking into account their aspirations and business direction.

The service is Japan's largest electronic contract platform (with over 2.5 million companies implemented), enabling the entire process from contract execution to management to be completed online. It is widely used across a range of areas, from major corporations and startups to local governments.

However, the company's ambition is not simply "digitizing contracts." A contract is only the "beginning" of a transaction. What truly needs to be digitized is the entire transaction process, including the contract itself—meaning the entire flow from corporate agreement formation to task execution, fulfillment confirmation, invoicing, and payment.

The service is now advancing its evolution into a multi-product system, shifting from a "single-feature SaaS to a platform for enterprise transactions" that links with companies' core systems. This involves not just replacing paper and seals with digital alternatives but fundamentally changing the nature of transactions using technology.

The company views the realization of Transaction DX (Digital Transformation) in Japan, where the working-age population is declining, as a social mission. To execute this ambitious plan, there is significant work to be done, including building common foundations, constructing new products, and resolving technical debt through the domain separation of existing products.

The company is recruiting expert personnel to join them in realizing this Transaction DX.

【Your Role】

You will be responsible for backend development within the Contract Management Platform.

You will tackle technical challenges associated with business growth, in addition to development duties such as various product/feature development related to electronic contracts and transaction processes, architectural improvement, and security enhancement. Furthermore, it is expected that you will gain a complete understanding of the service's overall architecture and then specialize in a particular domain, where you will technically lead the team.

■Development Structure and Methodology

Product development is carried out by Scrum teams composed of members spanning various functions, including engineers, designers, and PdMs (Product Managers).

Each team is organized with about 10 members and proceeds according to its respective development theme, such as feature development or engineering improvement (backend/frontend).
