【背景】 ティアフォーでは、より安全で安心な自動運転社会の実現に向けて、自動運転システムの導入・運用・開発のすべてをサポートする役割を担う、「Web.Auto」) を開発しています。
Web.Autoは主に以下のコンポーネントから構成されています。
- 配車管理(Fleet Management System)、OTA Update、遠隔監視、マップ管理等の機能を提供する運用関係のサービス群
- 自動運転機能の開発、評価・検証に使う、自動運転に特化したCI/CD Pipelineと、シミュレーターなどの開発ツール群
- データ基盤や検索のためのツールと基盤
- 機械学習モデル開発支援Pipeline
- 認証認可基盤
- 契約管理基盤
ティアフォーのVision「自動運転の民主化」に向けて、グローバルで利用される自動運転サービスを支えるシステムを構築し、ユーザーへの価値を提供していきたいメンバーを募集しています。
【仕事内容】 志望者のスキルや希望を加味した上で、Web.Autoを構成するいずれかのサービス、或いは横断でのBackendデザイン、開発、テスト、運用に携わっていただきます。
【チャレンジ・やりがい】
- 同時に数百のテストケースが実行され、その処理を安定的に捌き、スケールする基盤の開発
- Edge/Cloudなど様々なコンピューティング環境において実行される自動運転システムの環境一致性に対するアプローチ
- 自動運転車両の多様なデータを処理し、車の走行計画管理や遠隔地からの車両の操縦などを行えるシステムの開発
- 北米・欧州・中国など海外展開を見据えた、グローバル規模のシステムの開発と運用
- OSSの活用、及び貢献

Requirements
- Python, Go, C++, JavaScriptなどのプログラミング言語での開発
- AWS/GCP/Azure/Alibaba Cloud等のクラウドサービスを使った開発・運用経験
- システムアーキテクチャ、APIの設計経験
- クラウド環境でのバックエンド開発・運用経験 (3年以上)
- システムデザイン、及びそのデザインドキュメントを書いた経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語での読み書きの能力

- マイクロサービスでの開発・テスト・運用経験
- CI/CD Pipelineの構築/運用経験
- 海外複数リージョンへサービス展開した経験

Working Conditions
Salary月額基本給 :377,700 円 ~ 1,259,400円 (固定残業手当を除く額) 固定残業手当:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 122,300 円 ~ 407,600 円を支給(45時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)
Location(雇入れ直後) 東京都品川区北品川一丁目12-10 ジャコムビル、東京都品川区北品川一丁目19-4 泉北品川ビル及び労働者の自宅
(変更の範囲) 会社の定める場所(テレワークを行う場所を含む)
