業務内容

Nounでは様々な新しい取り組みに挑戦しています。お持ちのスキルやご経験、ご希望に合わせて双方相談の上ポジションや業務を決定します。下記はその中でも基本的な業務となります。

• プロジェクトチームの一員とし、新しいプロダクト・サービス・ビジネスを構想し、設計し、市場へ送り出す
• 特に、デザインが得意とする、人を起点とした共感、問いかけ、アイデア創造や、ビジネス領域における0→1の新規事業創出、社会により大きなインパクトを作る1→10の事業成長を推し進める
• Nounのクライアントを中心としたデザインコンサルティング業務から、自社の事業やプロダクトの創出まで、様々なテーマに対してチームで創出活動に取り組む

Roles

At Noun we take on a wide range of new and exciting challenges. Roles and responsibilities will be determined through mutual discussion, taking into account your skills, experience, and aspirations. The following are some of the areas you can expect to be involved in.

• Collaborate to define, design, and bring new products, services, and business to market
• You'll gain hands-on experience in everything from early-stage business creation (0-1) driven by empathy, inquiry, and ideation to scaling businesses that aim to create broader impact in society
• You'll work as part of a team on a variety of themes, ranging from design consulting projects for Noun's clients to launching our own in-house businesses and growing them hands-on

• Experience working with clients at a design firm, innovation studio, consulting firm, or creative agency
• Experience turning business ideas into reality through a startup or new venture
• Experience launching new services, products, or businesses inside a company
• You've pursued your own bold ideas with passion, whether in design, tech, or business
• You've worked in teams with different types of experts to solve problems or create something new from scratch
• Comfortable working in a bilingual (Japanese–English) environment

休日

• 日本国内で定められている祝日や土日を基本とし、年末年始休暇、Sick Leave、看護休暇、慶弔休暇、その他Special Family Leave等

勤務形態

• 現在は週3日程度を出社、2日をリモートワークとしたハイブリッド形態をとっています
• Nounでは一緒の空間を共有することで生まれるメリットと、リモートがもたらす自由度を両立するハイブリッド型を主体としています。一方、それぞれの個人の生活スタイルやライフステージは移り変わるものであり、組織としてこの変化に合わせて働き方のバランスをチューニングするべきであると考えています。

給与

• ご経験、能力等を考慮し、当社規定により支給いたします

試用期間

• 入社3ヶ月間を試用期間とします

• We follow Japan's national holidays and weekends, plus offer year-end/New Year break, sick leave, caregiver leave, bereavement leave, and special family leave

Working Hours

• We work flex time under a discretionary labor system

Work Style

• We work in a hybrid setup: usually about three days a week in the office and two days remote
• At Noun, we embrace a hybrid work style that blends the energy of working together in the same space with the flexibility and freedom of remote work. That's why we believe in adjusting how we work together, so our approach stays in tune with what works best for you and the team.
