【Overview】
The company is seeking engineers to build and operate the platform for its enterprise cloud services.
The company's mission is to support its growing cloud offering by building a foundational platform on-premise, making full use of open-source software.
This involves everything from selecting server hardware and building Kubernetes clusters to implementing middleware and providing the application execution environment.
They are recruiting Cloud Platform Engineers to work across the following three teams:*The specific team you will be assigned to will be determined during the interview process.
【Platform Team】
The Platform Team operates under the principle of "you build it, you run it," focusing on the development and operation of the platform itself.
Your responsibilities as a Platform Engineer:
・Performing SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) duties to support 24/7 service operation.
・Building the application execution environment on the Kubernetes cluster.
・Developing the mechanisms for product releases and various deployments.
・Operating the Elasticsearch cluster on Kubernetes.
・Managing operations for essential services like load balancers, DNS, and mail servers.
*Relevant Skills: Go, Linux Server, Kubernetes, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Nginx.
【Kubernetes Team】
The Kubernetes Team is seeking engineers who can handle the development and operation of the Kubernetes platform, with a focus on achieving autonomous cloud infrastructure management.
Your responsibilities as a Kubernetes Engineer:
・Developing mechanisms for autonomous data center management.
・Operating the Kubernetes cluster built on-premise.
・Developing OSS (Open Source Software) for Kubernetes Operators.
・Managing the Kubernetes network using Cilium.
*Relevant Skills: Go, Linux Server, Kubernetes, Cilium, Kubernetes Operator.
【PDX Team】
The PDX Team is seeking engineers who can improve the developer experience by enhancing the platform.
Your responsibilities as a PDX Engineer:
・Developing and operating mechanisms for Kubernetes multi-tenant management.
・Maintaining and adding features to CI/CD and operations tools.
・Organizing documentation and responding to inquiries from internal teams.
*Relevant Skills: Argo CD, Teleport, Pomerium, GitHub Actions (Self-hosted runner), Go, and Kubernetes Custom Controllers.
【Responsibilities】
・Responding to incidents that occur on the company's platform, including handling issues outside of standard hours during emergencies.
・Managing various software releases, including emergency updates.
・Designing, developing, and optimizing the cloud infrastructure with a long-term perspective.
【Requirements】

- Development and server operation skills using Linux
- Development skills using languages such as Go
- Development and operation skills on Kubernetes
Experience in the actual operation of cloud infrastructure using OSS
Experience in project management and team management
Deep knowledge and development experience with the OSS specified in the position description
