【Responsibilities】

You'll be responsible for the design, development, and operation of the core contract and billing management system that underpins the company's services. This position offers broad involvement, spanning from the frontend to the backend.

Specifically

Developing and operating internal administration screens for tasks like tenant and line management.

Designing and improving monthly billing batch processes based on call charges.

Developing billing simulation logic to introduce new pricing plans and enhance quote accuracy.

Building systems to support reliable product operations, including setting up CI/CD, monitoring frameworks, and improving incident response protocols.

Designing and implementing flexible billing systems and charging logic based on requests from customers and sales teams.

【Job Satisfaction】

You can contribute to highly impactful development, where you'll design and build the very core of the SaaS product: its contract management and billing logic. This is a system that directly underpins business operations.

You'll have the opportunity to be involved from the conceptualization phase of redesigning the billing system and administration console, which are central to supporting business growth. You can engage deeply in upstream activities like technology selection and design policy.

【 Requirements】

【Required】

Experience in consistent web application design through to operation (approximate: 3+ years, any language)

Experience in server-side development and operation of REST APIs, etc.

【Preferred】

Experience developing and operating multi-tenant management systems for SaaS services

Experience in developing business systems for fee calculation, subscription billing, etc.

Experience in operating IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)

Experience in front-end development using React/TypeScript, etc.

Practical communication in English (collaboration with overseas branches)

Development experience related to API integration with Salesforce

Experience in design, development, and operation of web applications and batch processing using AWS
