それは、AI開発で最も重要であるデータに特化したプラットフォームで、機械学習におけるデータの収集やアノテーションをクラウドソーシングできるサービスです。
お客様のほとんどが大企業様であり、生成系AIの盛り上がりも相まって、非常に成長性があるプラットフォームの提供をしております。
- 本ポジションのミッション
MLOpsエンジニアとして、AIモデルの学習・推論・運用に必要な基盤を設計・実装・最適化し、持続的に拡張できる体制構築を推進していただく想定です。
<具体的には>
・機械学習モデルの学習/推論環境の設計・運用
・データ収集から前処理・学習・デプロイまでのパイプライン構築
・クラウド環境(AWS/GCP)上でのインフラ設計・運用
・CI/CD、モデル管理(MLflow など)の自動化・効率化
・監視・ログ基盤の整備によるシステム安定性向上
・研究開発チームやフルスタックエンジニアとの連携によるMLOps改善

【必須】
・Pythonを用いた機械学習モデル開発または運用経験
・AWS/GCPなどクラウド環境でのインフラ設計・構築経験
・Docker/Kubernetesを用いたコンテナ環境での開発・運用経験
・CI/CDの設計・運用経験
【歓迎】
・LLM/VLMなど大規模モデルの学習・推論基盤構築経験
・Kubeflow, MLflow, AirflowなどMLOpsツールの利用経験
・データパイプライン構築や分散処理基盤の開発経験
・監視・モニタリング基盤の構築経験
・スタートアップやSaaSでのMLOps実務経験
