Their main focus is on the R&D departments of major Japanese manufacturers. Already, over 300 companies—including 30% of the Nikkei 225—have implemented their services. The company plans to expand from manufacturing R&D to other enterprise companies in Japan, and eventually to global businesses.

The company is also dedicated to developing a purely domestic LLM with a strong grasp of the Japanese language and business domain. In May 2024, they released a 100-billion-parameter model.

【Current Challenges】

The company launched a new business in 2024, and multiple PoC (Proof of Concept) projects aimed at enterprise clients are currently underway. While the team is actively striving for project success, they are facing several challenges:

・Verifying, developing, and operating the backend and cloud infrastructure for the new PaaS that provides a document analysis engine.

・Defining new resource requirements and interfaces.

【Your Role】

You will be responsible for the backend and infrastructure domains for a new business that promotes the use of Generative AI.

・As the first Lead Engineer for the new PaaS, you will autonomously lead development and drive projects from verification to implementation.

・You will communicate with Machine Learning Engineers who develop the document analysis engine, defining resource requirements and interfaces to advance development.

・You will advance development to solve challenges while communicating with the Product Manager.

【Responsibilities】

・Verifying, implementing, and operating the API and its infrastructure for the business document analysis engine.

・Designing, building, and operating the entire infrastructure in a multi-cloud environment (including RAG data pipelines and customer data management).

・Designing, building, and operating the data flow and network for the PaaS environment and customer system environments.
