自動運転の開発に重要な機械学習基盤の開発を担当していただきます。
【背景】 ティアフォーでは、自動運転の安全性を高め、可用性を向上させる機械学習基盤を構築しています。 自動運転の普及に伴って様々な運行環境に素早く対応するために、大規模なデータを取り扱い、継続的なモデルの改善を実現する機械学習基盤が求められています。 モデルモニタリングからデータ検索、データ変換、学習、モデル管理まで幅広く機械学習のワークフローに携わり活躍していただけるエンジニアを募集しています。
【仕事内容】 自動運転の開発に重要な機械学習基盤の開発をしていただきます。
- 物体検出モデル等の学習パイプラインの開発・運用
- モデル性能のモニタリングから自動運転車両へのデプロイまで一貫して行う運用基盤の開発・運用
- データ選定のための大規模な非構造データを可視化・解析するパイプラインの開発・運用
- アノテーションの管理と多様なセンサーモデルに対応した変換処理のパイプラインの開発・運用
【チャレンジ・やりがい】
- 画像や点群データを活用した物体検出タスクや分類タスクなど様々な機械学習への対応
- シミュレーション基盤と連携した機械学習モデルの安全な評価・リリース基盤の構築
- 自動運転走行データからモデルの性能を評価し継続的な改善を実現する基盤の構築
- 大規模な非構造データを可視化・解析しデータ選定を効率化する基盤の構築
- 様々なセンサータイプに対応したデータ変換とアノテーションの基盤の構築

Requirements
- Webアプリケーション開発・運用経験 (3年以上)
- Python、Goなどのプログラミング言語での開発経験
- AWS等のクラウドサービスを利用した開発・運用経験
- システムアーキテクチャおよびAPIの設計経験
- CI/CDパイプラインの構築・運用経験
- 機械学習の基礎的な知識
Preferred Experiences
- 機械学習基盤の構築・運用経験
- LLM等の大規模モデルを活用したシステムの開発・運用経験
- 開発チームのリード経験

Working Conditions
Salary想定月収 :48.3万円 ~ 166.6万円 月額基本給 :357,334 円 ~ 1,232,667円 (固定残業手当を除く額) 固定残業手当:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 126,000円 ~ 434,000円を支給(45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)
Location(雇入れ直後) 東京都品川区北品川一丁目12-10 ジャコムビル、東京都品川区北品川一丁目19-4 泉北品川ビル及び労働者の自宅
(変更の範囲) 会社の定める場所(テレワークを行う場所を含む)
