Recently provide CashFlow Card, give users with more accessible and convenient fintech services that were previously not possible with credit cards and credit services by integrating with the CashFlow payment platform. ■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

Design and implement a resilient, scalable, and stable infrastructure platform

Develop infrastructure systems that support smooth patching and upgrade processes with minimal disruption

Architect infrastructure with high availability and fault tolerance at the AWS regional level

Collaborate closely with Security Engineers to build and maintain secure cloud environments

Automate AWS deployment processes to enable rapid and reliable delivery of cloud services for internal teams

Build self-service automation tools that empower developers to provision AWS resources independently and efficiently

■ Experience and Qualifications

Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Cloud-based Infrastructure Platforms
Proven ability to take full ownership in managing Production environments
Strong knowledge of Cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance in the payments industry
Proficiency in designing, developing, and resolving issues in large-scale streaming and distributed systems using Kafka
Deep expertise in developing resilient platforms utilizing NoSQL/Key-Value Stores such as DynamoDB, Opensearch/Elasticsearch, and Redis
Solid experience in ensuring the availability, performance, and cost efficiency of Cloud infrastructure and platform systems
Broad practical experience with AWS Cloud services, including Compute, Storage, and Analytics
Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools on AWS, including Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK
Familiarity with Cloud monitoring, detection, and incident response solutions
Skilled in optimizing Cloud services for performance, managing costs, and implementing cost control measures
Experienced in managing updates and patching of Cloud infrastructure services

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technology field

Exposure to additional cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure)

Practical experience with Kubernetes; certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or CKS are a plus

Background in Event-Driven Architectures, especially Kafka

Familiarity with open-source tools and experience contributing to open-source projects

Understanding of IT compliance frameworks and security risk management

Publications (blogs, articles, or academic papers), certifications, or verifiable technical credentials

Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is a plus but not mandatory; fluency in either is sufficient
