Our platform supports thousands of global merchants through developer-centric APIs and seamless integration with major e-commerce platforms.
■ Your Role and Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
Plan, execute, and oversee manual, exploratory, and regression testing for new product features and releases.
Review system specifications and technical documentation to ensure clear testability and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
Identify, document, and manage defects throughout their lifecycle, driving continuous improvements in product quality.
Develop and maintain CI/CD-integrated testing pipelines, embedding automated tests into deployment workflows.
Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality is built into every phase of development.
Participate in code and test plan reviews, offering insights to strengthen testing coverage and standards.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of QA processes and best practices across engineering teams.
Research, evaluate, and recommend testing tools or practices that enhance scalability, speed, and efficiency of QA operations.
■ Experience and Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing, test automation, or software engineering.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
Practical experience with test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, Capybara, or RSpec.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Proven experience designing and executing test plans and test cases—both automated and manual.
Familiarity with CI/CD environments and integrating automated tests into continuous delivery pipelines.
Comfortable working independently in dynamic or ambiguous settings, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience testing multilingual or mobile applications.
Familiarity with AWS, monitoring tools such as Datadog, or performance testing frameworks.
Exposure to backend systems, APIs, or infrastructure testing.
Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments or fast-paced startup teams.
Contributions to open-source projects.
