【仕事内容】

2025年8月に新設された「AI推進室」の立ち上げに関わっていただきます。

直近は以下の開発が予定されています。

【具体的には】

・企画・開発支援業務へのAI技術の組み込み

・AI機能の探索・試作・検証・実装

・機能のPoC支援やユーザーテスト、効果検証のサポート

主力のカオナビ、新規サービスのロウムメイト、ヨジツティクスに続くマルチプロダクト化を推進していただくことを期待しています。

【開発環境】

開発言語:Go、 JavaScript、 TypeScript、 Python

フレームワーク:Gin、 React、

開発/運用環境:Rancher Desktop、 GoLand、 Protocol Buffers、 Storybook、 Figma、 GitLab、 GitLab CI、 GitHub Copilot、 Claude Code

構成管理:Terraform

インフラ環境:AWS (EC2、 RDS、 S3、 CloudFront、 Step Functions、 ECS、 Fargate、 ECR、 SystemManager、 EventBrigte、 GlobalAccelerator...)、 Auth0、 SendGrid

監視、 モニタリング、 運用ツール:AWS CloudWatch

社内ツール:Confluence、 JIRA、 Slack、 Zoom

その他:Yarn、 webpack、 Jotai、 TanstackQuery、 React Hooks、 gRPC

【求める人材】

・ Webアプリケーションの設計・開発経験(3年以上)

・ オブジェクト指向による設計・開発経験

・ LLM、AIエージェントの仕組みとその応用についての知識

【歓迎】

・ SaaSプロダクトの開発・運用経験

・ LLMを活用したプロダクト開発

・ 生成AIを活用したサービスの開発経験

・ MLモデル、LLMのセキュリティに関する知識および実装経験

・ AI関連のリサーチ業務経験

【給与】

年収750~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
