契約法務(英文)を中心に企業法務業務を幅広く担当していただきます。
▼具体的な業務内容
- 各種契約書の作成、審査、交渉
- 各種訴訟案件、係争案件の対応
- M&A案件、プロジェクト案件対応-取締役会事務局対応
- 各種法務相談対応
- その他、トラブル対応やコンプライアンス対応業務

Requirements ■必須条件:
- 英文契約のレビュー/ドラフティングの経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
■歓迎条件:
- 上場企業での法務経験
- 日本もしくは米国の弁護士資格
- 海外での勤務経験
