職務内容
- 法令調査・日/英文契約交渉/審査・事業スキーム構築・コーポレート運営などの企業法務業務
- 本社および子会社(北米および日本)のガバナンス・コンプライアンス施策の企画と実行、特に個人情報保護法制への対応
- 北米および今後想定される市場における法務面での事業運営支援
- 製造物責任を含む、紛争・訴訟対応
- 法領域専門性と職務経験に応じて上記の一部または全てをご担当いただきます。
必要となるスキル・経験
必須
民間企業、非営利団体等の組織、または、弁護士事務所での法務業務において、5年以上の経験
尚可
日本/米国/欧州のいずれかの弁護士資格を保有していること
語学力
TOEIC 800点以上
(北米や欧州の現地弁護士と英語での日常的なコミュニケーションがあります)

- From a legal perspective, support the creation of new value through collaboration with a wide variety of business partners.
Job description
- Corporate Legal Services: Conduct Legal research, Japanese and English contract negotiation and review, develop business schemes, and handle other Corporate Legal matters
- Governance and Compliance: Plan and implement Governance and Compliance measures, especially Compliance with personal information protection laws and regulations, for headquarter and new subsidiaries in Japan and the US.
- business Support for overseas: Provide Support for business operation of overseas subsidiaries in the US and other anticipated markets.
- Dispute and Litigation Management: handle disputes and Litigation, including product liability issues.
Requirements
Required skills / experience
Several to 5 years of experience in legal work at a private company, non-profit organization etc. or at a law firm
Preferred Skills / Experience
Attorney-at-Law in Japan, US, or Europe
Language Skills
TOEIC score: 800 or above
(Frequently communicate in English with attorneys in North America and Europe)
