これに伴い、契約件数や法務リスクの複雑性も増しており、より強固で戦略的な契約審査体制の構築が急務となっています。
この成長期において、事業の「攻め」と「守り」の両輪を法務面から支え、当社の成長を法的に担保してくださる契約法務のスペシャリストを、新たな中核メンバーとしてお迎えしたいと考えています。

【仕事内容】
事業拡大に伴い、契約審査体制の強化を目的として、契約法務のスペシャリストとしてご活躍いただける方を募集いたします。
契約書の作成・審査など、契約法務に関して多岐にわたる業務に携わっていただきます。
将来的には、コンプライアンス業務やグループ子会社の法務業務などにも携わっていただき、法務部門の中核を担うメンバーとして、より高度な専門性を活かした業務にも従事していただくことを期待しております。
また、ご自身の裁量で業務改善や効率化を推進する機会も豊富にあります。
【具体的な業務内容】
■契約書作成・審査業務
国内外の契約書の作成、審査、交渉支援
英文契約書(全体の1割程度)の対応、および英文契約のレビューサポート
契約締結プロセスにおける事業部門との連携・調整
■法律相談対応
社内からの法律相談への対応(部門横断的な課題解決への寄与)
トラブルや紛争事案の初期対応および外部専門家との連携
■グループ会社法務対応
グループ会社における契約書作成・審査、および商事法務対応
■コンプライアンス・組織整備
社内研修(コンプライアンス、中途入社向けなど)…
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
法務の実務経験3年以上
契約書(取引基本契約、業務委託契約、秘密保持契約など)作成・審査経験
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 680 万円
企画業務型裁量労働制(1日9.25時間)
※定時労働制の所定就業時間10:00~19:00に準じ各自が決定(休憩1時間)
残業は平均15~25時間程度、残業超過分の割増支給はありません
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
