【 Job Description】

Responsibilities

You will lead the implementation and operational support of the Voice Analysis AI at customer sites. You will drive the realization of productivity improvements across all customer scenarios, such as sales, customer success, and call centers, while also promoting the construction of AI Agents in each domain.

・Conducting customer interviews regarding their business processes, KPIs, and operational challenges, and providing requirements definition and technical solution proposals.

・Supporting the implementation of AI voice analysis solutions, including customized development, data integration, and system consolidation.

・Providing technical leadership for the overall project and managing customer negotiations.

・Performance monitoring after implementation, suggesting improvements, and handling escalations.

・Collaborating with the internal development team to reflect learnings from implementation experience in product improvements and new feature development.

【 Requirements】

Required

・Experience in implementation, deployment, and technical support at a B2B SaaS or AI product company (3+ years; experience driving various internal system implementations is also acceptable, not limited to external clients)

・Practical experience with Python / SQL / API integration / data preprocessing

・Deep understanding of enterprise business processes and challenges, plus experience defining requirements

・Experience independently driving projects from requirements gathering through implementation and operations phases

・Facilitation skills to smoothly coordinate and build consensus among multiple stakeholders, including engineers

・Technical literacy enabling code comprehension, design, review, and development direction

・Experience designing systems and building integrations based on cloud/SaaS technologies

Preferred

・Experience in proposal, PoC, and implementation support as a Professional Services/Solution Engineer

・On-site deployment and project management experience at SIers/consulting firms/BPOs

・Implementation support experience for AI SaaS solutions like Palantir, DataRobot, Snowflake, Gong, and Cresta

・Practical experience in designing, implementing, and integrating data for SaaS/API products

・Experience developing AI systems, LLM prompts, or agents

・Experience generalizing and abstracting products or workflows based on customer feedback

・Ability to read technical documentation in English (for ASEAN projects)
