生成AIの進化により、経営・業務領域における「AI実装」の可能性は急速に広がっています。
同社では「AIを経営に実装する」という新しいテーマに挑戦するため、
LLM基盤チームを組成しており、エンジニアの新たな役割として、Forward Deployed Engineer(FDE)という新たな職種を設けました。
FDEは、単なる「AI導入の支援者」ではなく、顧客の経営課題と技術の最前線に立ち、AIを"使える価値"として実装し、同時にプロダクトの進化を牽引する存在です。
LLM基盤チームは、経営管理・経営企画・財務会計といった高度なビジネスドメインにおけるAI活用の第一線として、
AIプロダクトの導入を支援しながら、顧客と共に「AIによる経営変革」のモデルケースを既に上場企業と共に創出しています。
現在、エンタープライズ企業を中心にAI関連プロジェクトが急増しており、AI事業の中核メンバーとして新たなFDEを募集します。

■具体的な業務内容
- 顧客企業の経営課題・業務フローを構造化し、Loglass LLM基盤、外部AIソリューションを用いた最適なソリューションを設計・実装・運用する
- AI(LLM、RAG,画像認識等)を活用した業務自動化の設計・実装・評価
- AI導入方針策定、顧客ヒアリング、精度検証、社内外ステークホルダー調整を実施
- 顧客ごとのユースケースを共通化し、Loglass LLM基盤の進化にフィードバック
- 社内のAI活用基盤・デリバリー基盤の整備、開発プロセス・ナレッジ共有の推進
■チームについて
- 所属予定チーム:新規事業部、LLM基盤チーム
- CEO直下
- 4-5名規模のクロスファンクショナルチーム(コンサル、エンジニア、PdM、デザイナー)
- 顧客の経営企画部・管理部門と直接連携しながら、Loglass LLM基盤の導入/DWH構築/PoC/運用を推進・支援
- FDEはプロジェクト単位でチームをリードし、技術的な実装・課題解決・プロダクト改善を一貫して担う

Requirements
- SIer、コンサルティングファーム等における中/大規模システムの設計・開発経験(3年以上)
- 中/大企業における業務課題を構造的に解決するプロセスをエンジニアリング観点から実現した経験(3年以上)
- REST API/GraphQL/MCP等の開発経験(2年以上)
- LLMに関する最低限の専門性、またはRAGやAIエージェント開発の実務経験(1年以上)
- 高い抽象度のビジネス要件を噛み砕き、自律的に適切な技術選定を行って、プロダクションレベルのコードに落とし込む実装能力
