■ポジションについて
「コードを書く」から「事業を創る」へ。
本ポジションは、Palantir TechnologiesやOpenAIといった世界最先端のAI企業が確立した
「Forward Deployed Engineer(FDE)」というロールをになっていただきます。
FDEは、従来のプロダクト開発エンジニアとは異なり、「SaaS×コンサル」のような役割を担います。
顧客との対話を通じて課題を発見し、本番データを使った動くデモを短期で作成し、価値創出のための実装を行い、効果検証を行い、クライアントの複雑な経営課題を、自社の技術資産とAIを駆使して解きほぐすまでを一気通貫で担当していただきます
具体的には下記のような業務を行います。:
[1] 顧客の事業課題発見・戦略立案
・セールス段階から同行し、顧客の真の課題を深掘り
・売上データ・ユーザー行動データの分析による課題の定量化
・改善施策の仮説立案と優先度付け
・プロジェクト全体の戦略設計
[2] 価値実証・効果検証
・A/Bテスト等の効果検証方法の設計・結果分析
・四半期~半期ごとの成果レビューと次期戦略の策定
・顧客の事業KPIへの貢献度測定
・顧客経営層への効果報告とプレゼンテーション
[3] 事業拡大・関係構築
・既存サービスの他部門・他ブランドへの展開提案
・新たなビジネス機会の発掘とソリューション企画
[4] プロダクト改善のリード
・現場で得た顧客ニーズのプロダクトフィードバックと実装リード
・業界トレンドを踏まえた新機能追加
・顧客要望の優先度整理と開発ロードマップへの反映
