Your Impact

You won't just be integrating software — you'll be shaping how the world's leading brands adopt agentic AI. As a Forward Deployed Engineer on Auxia's Customer Impact team, you'll lead complex, cross-functional technical programs — bridging product, engineering, and customer success to ensure flawless enterprise integrations. Your work will influence not only implementation success but also product evolution and scalability across our AI-driven marketing stack.

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations — system design, integration, solution customization, and deployment — collaborating with engineering, data science, and product teams.
• Translate client objectives into clear technical requirements and development roadmaps, ensuring alignment with scalability and reliability goals.
• Manage technical dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines across multiple projects.
• Develop and optimize data integration workflows, leveraging APIs, cloud data warehouses, and data pipelines for high-throughput, secure data exchange.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for key partners, offering hands-on troubleshooting and solution design.
• Review and analyze system logs and integration performance to identify issues and proactively improve reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking implementation metrics, optimizing workflows, and recommending product and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to influence feature development and future platform evolution.

• 5+ years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or a related technical role within enterprise software, data integration, or AI-driven platforms.
• Professional working proficiency in Japanese and strong communication skills in English
• Proven record managing large-scale, cross-functional technical projects in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in data integration, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Proficiency in SQL and comfort with data analysis and debugging.
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, especially in customer engagement or personalization use cases.
• Understanding of LLM / agentic patterns (tool use, retrieval, guardrails, evaluation) and ability to write or review prompt specs / runbooks.
• Experience working in source code repositories to make configuration or environment changes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical details for diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
