Tektome Suite を利用する顧客に対して、Python を用いたスクリプト作成やワークフロー構築を行い、AI エージェントによるデータ活用とインサイト創出を支援する Forward Deployed Engineer を募集しています。
本ポジションでは、顧客の業務内容やデータ構造を深く理解し、実際の利用環境の中でプロトタイプを構築しながら、価値のあるソリューションを形にしていきます。
Tektome における 初の Forward Deployed Engineer 採用 となるため、役割定義やベストプラクティスの確立にも関与いただきます。
顧客との技術的な打ち合わせや要件整理を日本語で行うため、日本語ネイティブレベル が必須となります。
顧客ヒアリングおよび活用支援
- 顧客との技術ヒアリングを通じて業務フローや課題を把握
- AI エージェントをどのように業務へ組み込むかを設計
- Tektome Suite の活用方法について実践的なガイダンスを提供
プロトタイプ開発およびカスタム実装
- Python を用いたスクリプトやワークフローを構築
- 顧客データを活用したプロトタイプを迅速に作成し、価値検証を実施
- 顧客フィードバックをもとに実装内容を改善・調整
エンジニアリングおよびスクリプティング
- データ処理、分析、インサイト生成のための Python コードを実装
- API や外部システムとの連携対応
- 実際の顧客環境で発生する課題の調査およびデバッグ
ワークフロー設計
- データ投入から AI による分析、アウトプットまでの一連のフロー設計
- 再利用可能なスクリプトやテンプレートの作成
- 社内向けドキュメントの整備
社内連携
- プロダクトおよびエンジニアリングチームへのフィードバック共有
- 営業、デリバリー、カスタマーサクセスとの技術連携
