我们公司的核心开发团队设在中国。
本职位将作为连接日本客户与中国研发团队的技术负责人(Forward Deployed Engineer, FDE),
负责将客户的业务问题转化为可以通过产品和AI解决的技术方案,并带领团队完成从设计到交付的全过程。
你不是单纯的需求传递者,而是站在客户现场与研发之间,
用技术真正推动业务落地的人。
主要职责
- 将客户业务转化为技术需求
深入理解猎头公司与招聘企业的业务流程
识别业务瓶颈,并将其转化为可被产品和AI解决的需求
将客户真实的业务场景反馈给产品与研发团队
- 解决方案设计与交付
设计并实现结合 AI匹配、LLM/RAG 及各类SaaS 的综合解决方案
制定 API 对接、数据集成等技术方案
从原型(PoC)到生产环境(Production)全程负责技术交付
- 与中国研发团队协作
将日本客户的业务与技术需求清晰地传达给中国研发团队
参与架构设计、规格确认和技术决策
协调客户需求与产品路线图之间的平衡
- 与业务团队和客户协同
与客户(管理层与一线团队)进行需求沟通与共识建立
与 BizDev、Sales、Customer Success 紧密合作
共同打造"能赢的项目现场",最大化FDE的价值
【MUST】
- 具备 Web 应用或 B2B SaaS 的开发经验(参考:3 年以上)
- 具备至少一种后端语言的实际开发经验
- (PHP / Python / Java / Go 等)
- 具备在云环境(AWS / GCP / Azure 之一)下的开发与运维经验
- 具备 API 设计及外部系统对接的开发经验
- 具备与客户或公司内部相关方进行需求沟通与确认的经验
- 具备用中文进行技术沟通的能力
【WANT】
- 具备 SaaS 导入支持、售前工程师或技术支持相关经验
- 具备使用 LLM / RAG / AI 进行系统开发的经验
- 具备横跨多个 SaaS 或业务系统进行系统架构设计的经验
