■Responsibilities

The individual will, as a member of the company, embed themselves deeply in client sites to build, deploy, and operate solutions utilizing Generative AI/LLMs. The role is not merely design; it entails writing code, building systems, and taking responsibility for challenges that arise during the operation phase.

・Deeply understanding the client's business flow and knowledge and translating them into AI solutions (RAG, Agents, model utilization workflows).

・Developing prototypes and deploying to production using Python/TypeScript and other relevant languages.

・Building, deploying, and operating the AI platform on cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS, etc.)

・Contributing code across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and data pipelines

・Providing accompanying implementation support, encompassing client negotiation, user interviews, log analysis, and proposing improvement measures.

・Monitoring, data drift countermeasures, and executing feature additions/improvements during production operation.

【 Requirements】

【Required】

・3+ years of implementation experience using Python

・Experience proactively managing the software development lifecycle (from requirements definition to production deployment)

・Experience in customer negotiations, requirements gathering, and user interviews

【Preferred】

・Experience implementing generative AI, LLM (Large Language Models), RAG, and agents

・Experience building and operating MLOps and data pipelines

・Experience implementing and operating AI in large corporations and enterprise environments (especially visualizing unstructured data/business knowledge)

・Experience implementing and customizing SaaS/platform-based services

・Understanding and experience addressing corporate IT infrastructure, including security/governance

・Experience reading/creating technical documents in English and collaborating with overseas services
