We are hiring a Lead SRE to lead our reliability engineering team and oversee cloud infrastructure operations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will mentor engineers, ensure system stability, and drive technical excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and empower an engineering team to deliver reliable, scalable solutions
Manage infrastructure sustainability, service procurement, and vendor relationships
Drive improvements in system stability, performance, and cost optimization
Collaborate with product teams to deliver fast, high-quality business value
Identify technical debt and plan remediation strategies
Support career development and foster a culture of growth
Core Requirements:
Leadership Experience: 3+ years managing engineering teams, with a proven ability to mentor and empower team members.
Technical Background: 5+ years in software development, ideally with backend systems, and a strong understanding of modern architectures.
Cloud Infrastructure Expertise:
Hands-on experience (2+ years) with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including deployment, scaling, and cost optimization.
Containerization & Orchestration:
Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for building and maintaining resilient systems.
Monitoring & Reliability:
Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, Sentry) and best practices for incident management and on-call rotations.
Security & Certificates:
Understanding of PKI infrastructure and certificate management.
Communication Skills:
Ability to collaborate effectively in English within a global team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SaaS or startup environments.
Knowledge of QA automation practices and tools.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic settings with shifting priorities.
