They are looking for someone to strengthening internal controls—particularly General Affairs—is essential. The company currently manage general affairs operations for group companies (domestic & overseas) centrally at their Japan HQ.
To reinforce their global General Affairs structure, they are seeking someone who can expand their scope across daily operations, policy development, board operations, and coordination with overseas subsidiaries.
The current manager will focus on Japan, while this new role is expected to primarily handle General Affairs operations for overseas subsidiaries.
General Affairs operations including domestic and overseas sites (document control, office supplies, office environment management, etc.)
Creation and revision of internal regulations
Corporate governance operations (e.g., anti-social force checks)
Support for Companies Act-related operations
Support for labor and HR administration
Support for Board of Directors and Shareholders' Meeting operations
All other duties related to General Affairs
