[Company Profile]
You will provide customer success support for client companies' SaaS products.
You will respond to user inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

You will not simply provide answers, but will also understand users' true needs and make optimal proposals from a wide range of products, contributing to the success of companies adopting SaaS.

Support for Japanese users of foreign payment services will be provided in Japanese, with internal documents in English.

You will handle approximately 10 inquiries per day, and will sincerely address each one to increase engagement with companies adopting the service.

[Core requirement]

・Japanese language skills:
Business level

・Chinese or Thai language skills:
Fluent level
*Ability to read, write, and speak Japanese fluently and clearly
*Must be able to communicate in Japanese
・English skills:
Business level (TOEIC score 650) or equivalent (fast reading comprehension)
・Nationality not required
・No new visa support available (renewals, etc. available)
・Business PC skills and IT literacy

  • Touch typing, business email, Excel, PowerPoint, Word (creation and input)
  • IT and internet literacy sufficient to research and use the language independently
[Conditions]
Salary: 3M~4M (¥250,000 - ¥340,000 per month, including 30 hours of fixed overtime per month (¥45,700 - ¥62,100 per month)

Work Hours:
Shift Work

8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Options: ① 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / ② 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
*Overtime is approximately 10~20 hours per month. Due to shift work, overtime is generally rare.
*During training (approximately 3 months), work is limited to weekdays from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM only.
Work Days: 5-day shift work week (2 days off per week)
*Shift work includes weekends, holidays, New Year's holidays, Golden Week, etc.
*Special leave and paid vacation (day, half-day, or hourly increments) available

Probationary Period:
Yes (6 months) *No change in conditions
