Core Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting & Reporting:
Overseeing end-to-end accounting, adopting
IFRS
standards, managing consolidated financial reporting, and coordinating
external audits
. - Tax & Treasury Management:
Supervising domestic and international
taxation
(including transfer pricing) and managing group-wide
cash flow and treasury
. - Compliance & Internal Controls:
Ensuring strict regulatory compliance, preparing statutory financial disclosures, and leading the establishment and improvement of internal controls, including
J-SOX
implementation. - Financial Planning & Strategy (FP&A):
Driving financial health by formulating
mid-term business plans
, annual budgets, and strategic KPI management. - Investor Relations (IR):
Developing and executing
IR strategies
, liaising with institutional investors, and managing relations with the
Stock Exchange
. - Capital & Corporate Governance:
Managing
capital policy
(equity/debt financing), overseeing equity schemes (e.g., stock options), and managing governance structures (Board/Shareholder meetings). - M&A Execution:
Leading all phases of
M&A
—from initial analysis, valuation, and due diligence to contract negotiation, closing, and
Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
. - Corporate Operations:
Providing executive oversight for core corporate functions, including
HR
, labor management, and general administrative services across the group.
