The RoleAs a Senior AI Engineer, you'll work across the full ML lifecycle—from ideation to production—to turn rich manufacturing datasets into real-world impact.
You'll prototype new features, run PoCs, collaborate with product managers and domain experts, and develop robust, production-grade AI solutions.What You'll Do
Design, prototype, and implement machine learning models (including LLMs, optimization algorithms, and computer vision).
Rapidly validate ideas through PoCs and user feedback loops.
Work closely with manufacturing experts to solve high-impact industry challenges.
Build and operate scalable AI systems using Python, Rust, GCP, Kubernetes, and more.
Contribute to product strategy and technology choices as a founding member of new AI initiatives.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of ML model development and deployment experience.
Strong fundamentals in ML, statistics, linear algebra, and algorithms.
Proven track record applying AI to solve business problems.
Experience with API development, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), and container tech.
Business-level Japanese (N2 equivalent or higher).
Nice-to-Haves
Experience shipping ML models in production products.
Knowledge of numerical optimization, GPU computing, or MLOps best practices.
Product management or ML team leadership experience.
