Metry AI is building an AI-driven decision & customer intelligence platform for SMBs across Taiwan and Japan. We are a small but serious founding team. You'll work close to the Founder and product direction, not buried under layers of management.

Your Role
As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you'll join the founding tech team and play a critical role in architecting, building, and scaling the first version of Metry AI's platform.
You'll work directly with the Core Team to turn vision into execution — and ship fast, beautiful, and intelligent products that matter.
What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain full-stack features (Frontend + Backend)
Own features end-to-end:
requirement → design → implementation → deployment
Build scalable backend APIs and services
Develop responsive, high-quality frontend interfaces
Work closely with AI / product teams to integrate ML & conversational AI features
Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability
Participate in technical decisions and architecture discussions
Help set engineering best practices (code quality, reviews, documentation)
Requirements
Must Have
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or equivalent
Strong experience in JavaScript / TypeScript
Frontend experience with React / / Vue (at least one in depth)
Backend experience with / Python / Go (at least one in production)
Experience building RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / NoSQL)
Familiar with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Experience with Docker and basic CI/CD
Able to work independently and take ownership
Comfortable in fast-changing startup environments
**Nice to Have (Big Plus)
Experience with AI products, LLM integration, or data-driven systems
Experience in SaaS or B2B products
Knowledge of system design & scalable architecture
Experience working with international / remote teams
Experience in startup or early-stage companies
