This is NOT a typical "big enterprise SaaS" role—this is an opportunity to build, expand, and shape the Japan market.

What You'll Do
Manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, demos, proposals, closing
Build relationships with enterprise customers & C-level executives
Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts
Collaborate with global marketing, pre-sales, and customer success
Represent Japan in global strategy discussions
Educate the market on modern data transformation tools

Who We're Looking For
You're a great fit if you have: 5+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
Track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals
Experience selling Data, Cloud, Integration, AI, Governance, or similar tech solutions
Strong communication skills in Native Japanese + business English
High energy, hungry to win, and excited about building something
Comfortable in a fast-moving, global, high-growth environment
