仕事内容:
Implement the headquarters' performance management and sales incentive systems in Japan, ensuring alignment with local business needs and compliance requirements.
Collaborate effectively with the China headquarters to facilitate smooth communication on HR policies, compensation, and incentive matters.
Support end-to-end HR operations covering all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance review coordination, and offboarding.
Partner with local department heads to address HR-related challenges, optimize employee engagement, and drive team productivity to support user growth objectives.
Ensure all HR practices adhere to Japanese labor laws and regulations.
求める人材:
Minimum 5 years of HRBP work experience in Japan, with a proven track record of implementing performance appraisal and sales incentive systems.
Full proficiency in Japanese and Chinese/English.
Hands-on experience across all HR functional areas, with a strong understanding of Japanese labor laws and local HR best practices.
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, capable of building effective working relationships between the China headquarters and local Japanese teams.
Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to link HR initiatives to business goals such as user growth.
