Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide HR support across multiple sites or countries
    • Advise leaders on aligning people strategy with business goals
    • Apply local labor laws in employee and labor relations
    • Resolve complex HR issues using in-depth knowledge
    • Lead HR projects with manageable risks and resources

Qualifications
:

    • 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing
    • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
    • Experience in employee and labor relations
    • Ability to manage HR projects with manageable risks
    • Experience with HRIS systems is preferred but not mandatory
    • Strong communication skills for various organizational levels
