職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities HC CoE(※)Workforceチームは、組織や人に関わる全社的な課題解決に向けた戦略策定と推進を行うチームです。

※Human Capital(人事部)Center of Exellence

具体的には、ビジネス戦略や人事領域における世の中/Globalネットワーク等の動きを踏まえつつ、以下の領域を中心にビジネスや組織への中長期的な貢献を目指しており、今回はTotal Rewards領域を主に担当するポジションで募集いたします。

・Talent Acquisition & Strategic Workforce Planning - 中長期的なビジネス戦略に資する人的リソースの確保、FirmwideでのTalent Management施策の企画・運用

・People Branding & Communication - 社内外/Firmwide/人に関わるブランディング&コミュニケーション

・Firmwide Deployment Planning - FirmwideでのDMプラットフォーム構築

・Performance Management & Total Reward - プロフェッショナルファームに適した人事/評価制度の企画運用、競争力のある報酬体系の企画・導入

※担当領域やプロジェクトはその時のニーズ、およびメンバーのキャリア・成長ニーズに応じてフレキシブルにアサインを相談・調整します。

【想定職階】

Senior Associate(メンバークラス)

【担当業務】

PwC JapanグループのPurpose、戦略、ビジョン等を踏まえて、以下の業務の一部にチームメンバーと共に関与いただきます。

・報酬制度の企画・立案

・報酬制度の運用(報酬テーブルや人事システムのメンテナンス等)

・報酬サーベイの企画・運用

・上記以外の報酬制度に関する調査・分析

※報酬制度:主に給与、賞与、退職金・年金等の制度を指します。

また、報酬制度にとどまらず、等級・評価制度を含めた企画・設計・運用等に携わるチャンスがあります。

(例)基幹人事制度の改定、 シニア層雇用制度、年金制度の改定等

【職務内容】

担当業務の詳細は以下のとおりです。

・報酬制度の企画・立案

PwC Japanグループ各部門のCHRO(人事担当役員)やHRBP(部門担当人事)等と協議しながら、グループ全体の制度・ルールを企画・立案します。

・報酬制度の運用(給与テーブルや人事システム(Workday)のメンテナンス等)

関係する各チーム(HRBPや人事システムチーム等)と協働し、給与テーブルの改定対応や人事システム(Workday)のメンテナンスを行います。

・報酬サーベイへの参画・結果分析

報酬サーベイ全体のプロセスを管理し、複数の外部報酬サーベイを分析することにより報酬水準の競争力の維持に努めます。

・上記以外の報酬制度に関する調査・分析

報酬領域における最新の動向や競合他社・PwC他国における動向について、PwCのグローバルネットワークとも連携しながら調査・分析を行います。

【所属チームについて】

今期より新たにWorkforceという枠組みで組成されたチームで、バックグラウンドや経歴はもちろん、PwCでの経験においても様々なバリエーションのあるメンバーで構成されています。規模感も10名強とある意味ちょうどいいサイズ感で、お互いに学び合ったり協働しやすい環境かと思っています。

体制としては上記4つの領域ごとにサブチームに分かれつつ、主要な役割ごとに担当マネージャーを置くことで、スピード感を持って自律的に動いていけるような体制としています。

【オンボーディング体制】

全社的なオリエンテーションに続けて人事部全体の業務内容/役割の概要を掴んでいただけるようなセッションをデフォルトでご用意しています。それに加えて、CoEチームにて個々の入社者にカスタマイズしたオンボーディングプログラムを組み、スムーズに馴染んでいただけるようにしています。

【働き方・環境】

全社的なハイブリッドワークの原則に則り、リモートワークを中心に、必要に応じて出社いただいている状況です。HCやWorkforceチームという単位で出社日/曜日などは決めておらず、業務上はもちろん、プライベートの事情等も踏まえて柔軟に働くことができる環境です。

*受動喫煙防止策:屋内原則禁煙(喫煙室あり) 登録資格 Qualification 【必要な経験・スキル(必須 Must)】

<経験>

・人事業務経験 3年以上

・人事制度(報酬・等級・評価を中心とした各種人事制度)の企画 あるいは 運用経験

<スキル>

・論理的思考力(分析、仮説・課題設定)

・対人関係・コミュニケーション・折衝能力

・Powerpointを用いた効果的な資料作成能力

・Excelを使用したデータ分析能力

・Power BI、KNIME等のツールの習得に向けた学習意欲があること

【望ましい経験・スキル(歓迎 Want)】

<経験>

・人事制度(報酬・等級・評価制度)の企画経験

・人事・給与システムの運用経験

・プロフェッショナルファームでの勤務経験

・人事コンサルティングの経験(人事コンサルティング以外のコンサルティング経験も可)

・Power BI、KNIME等のツールの使用経験

<スキル>

・英語力(読み書き+会議での基礎的なやり取り)

※国籍不問(ビジネス日本語:日本語検定1級相当は必須)
