Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HRGA operations including HR business partnering, talent acquisition, talent development, and employee relations

Act as a strategic advisor to Japan leadership while aligning local HR initiatives with global frameworks

Drive workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and organizational design

Oversee HR processes, systems, and compliance, ensuring consistency and scalability

Support change management, culture initiatives, and cross-border projects
Requirements
Extensive experience in HR leadership or senior HRBP roles within multinational environments
Broad HR expertise across TA, TD, performance management, and labor relations
Strong understanding of Japan labor practices and ability to operate in matrix organizations
Business-level English and native-level Japanese communication skills
Strategic yet hands-on mindset with strong stakeholder management capability
