募集職種:セールスアシスタント(Sales Assistant)

本ポジションは、新宿区を拠点とした**フルタイム・ハイブリッド勤務(在宅勤務一部可)**です。

セールスアシスタントとして、営業チームを支えながら、顧客対応や営業活動のサポートを担っていただきます。

日々の業務を通して、営業スキルだけでなく、
ビジネスコミュニケーション力や業界知識を実践的に身につけられるポジション
です。

主な業務内容

  • 顧客からの問い合わせ対応およびフォローアップ
  • 日本の観光関連企業・旅行会社・ホテルとの打ち合わせ対応
  • 敬語(ビジネス日本語)を用いた丁寧かつ適切なコミュニケーション
  • クライアント情報・営業データの管理および更新
  • プロモーション施策や営業活動のサポート
  • 営業チームと他部署との連携・情報共有

若手メンバーでも、意欲次第で顧客対応や商談同席など、
成長につながる業務を積極的に任される環境
です。

応募資格・スキル(Qualifications)

  • 人と接することが好きで、丁寧な対応ができる方
  • カスタマーサービスや接客経験をお持ちの方歓迎
  • 基本的な営業スキル、または営業に挑戦したい意欲のある方
  • 整理整頓・マルチタスクが得意な方
  • 日本語での敬語・ビジネスマナーを適切に使える方(必須)
  • 日本語・英語のバイリンガルスキルをお持ちの方は大歓迎
  • ハイブリッドな働き方に柔軟に対応できる方
  • 旅行・観光・ホスピタリティ業界に興味がある方、または経験者優遇
