400-700万円 ※ご経験やご希望をお伺いして決定いたします

勤務時間 フレックスタイム制(コアタイム11:00~14:00 標準労働時間:1日あたり8時間 )みなし残業あり(45時間/月はみなし残業、45時間以上は残業代支給)※原則週3日以上出社 ハイブリット方式:東京オフィス及びリモートワーク 多様な方が柔軟に働きやすいようにリモートワークも導入しております。(オフィス出社頻度はチームの状況により変化します) コースについて 当社ではマネジメント職とプロフェッショナル職の2つコースがあります。 主な違いとしては在宅の頻度、フレックス制度の中のコアタイムの有無、 副業時間の制限などが異なります。 ※コースに関しては、会社との双方合意で決定 ※コース変更に関しては半期に一度可能 ①マネジメント職 在宅:週2日まで フレックス制度:コアタイムあり 11:00~14:00 副業:月の副業時間20時間以内 ②プロフェッショナルコース 在宅:週4日まで可能 フレックス制度:コアタイムなし 副業:月の制限時間なし 休暇 - 完全週休2日制(土・日) - 夏季休暇 - 年末年始休暇 - 有給休暇4カ月目に15日付与
