主にインサイドセールスチームの戦略的イニシアチブを実行に移すための中核的役割を担います。複数のプロジェクトやプログラムを統括し、ビジネス目標の達成に向けた変革を推進します。経営陣と現場を繋ぐ重要なポジションとして、組織全体の成長と発展に貢献します。

■Role Description:

インサイドセールス本部の営業プロセスを迅速に、確実にすすめていく為に様々なサポートを実施します。
組織の成長を下支えするやりがいのある仕事です。
営業戦略室の多くが営業経験者で、正確なデータ分析と、営業の現場感のバランスを持ったメンバーで構成されています。

■下記のような業務を担っていただきます:

  • Salesforceを使ったレポート・Dashboardの作成
  • Googleスプレッドシートを使ったデータ集計や分析
  • 営業部門からの問い合わせサポート(業務処理方法やエラー対応方法など)

■Basic Requirements:

  • データ分析経験をお持ちの方(※Salesforce利用経験があれば尚可)
  • エクセル, Googleスプレッドシート中級レベル
  • 問題解決能力
  • 目標達成意欲が高く、チームプレイ のできる方

■Preferred Requirements:

  • エクセル, Googleスプレッドシート中級レベル以上
  • データ分析に基づいた具体的な戦略立案経験
  • 資料作成スキル(Googleスライド)
  • 英語能力不問
