Role Description:
SIC Strategist Teamのマネージャは、Salesforce のアカウントチームと連携し、お客様の経営幹部を惹きつけ、魅了するための最適なコンテンツを考え提案します。SIC は、お客様エグゼクティブとのビジネスディスカッションを通じてお客様と Salesforceの関係を深めると共に商談を加速させます。また、より大きな変革と相互の成功をもたらす長期的なパートナーシップを構築します。本マネージャのポジションは、重要なインフルエンサーとしてSICチーム、Salesforceのリーダー陣、およびお客様エグゼクティブとの連携をリードします。このロールではSICプログラムの戦略立案やチーム統率といったSICチームの成功の鍵となるさまざまな利害関係者を調整し、影響を与える能力が求められます。
Responsibilities:
アカウントチームからのリクエスト受領からミーティングのデリバリーまで全てのフェーズにおいてリードし、業界、Salesforceの製品等、幅広い専門知識を活かして優先順位、期待を適切に管理する
マーケティング部門と連携し、会社が注力するイベント内でのSICプログラムを企画、準備、運営を行う。イベントの投資対効果の最大化に貢献する
上記SICプログラムを通じて参加者の満足度を高めることで、関連する商談スピードの加速や、商談金額の拡大、メガディール創出へ貢献する
SIC & Executive Engagement Teamの責任者と協力し、Salesforceの営業、マーケティング、プロダクトチームとの連携やコミュニケーションを定期的に行い、オペレーション指標達成に向けSalesforceを活用してデータ分析、トラッキング、レポーティングをする
SICをより効果的に活用してもらうため、営業向けにSICの価値提案を促進する
組織の編成、採用に携わり優れた人材の育成を目指す
チームメンバーと常に連携を図り、一人ひとりが強みを最大限に発揮できるようにするとともに、弱みの克服を支援する
Required Skills/Experience:
お客様のビジネスを理解し、適したアジェンダ、コンテンツへ導くためのヒアリング力と課題分析力(実務経験:7年以上)
問題解決のためのフレームワークを使用し、論理的に課題を分解して解決策を見出す力
チームメンバーの採用や、育成に関わった経験(3名以上)
卓越したカスタマーエクスペリエンスへのコミットメントと、社内外のカスタマーサクセスを実現する強力な実績
Salesforceの営業マネージャ陣への高いプレゼンスとコミュニケーション能力
頻繁な変化に迅速に適応し、複数の複雑なプロジェクトを同時に処理する能力

英語:グローバルのチームとコミュニケーションが取れるビジネスレベルの英語力
