オリンパスのIT部門は、グローバルな医療機器企業をテクノロジーで支える専門組織であり、500人以上のプロフェッショナルが世界5地域に展開しています。

HQ機能としては事業戦略からセキュリティ領域まで6つのファンクションに分かれており、オリンパスの事業をITを活用してサポートしています。

【業務内容】(雇入れ直後 )

所属:インフラストラクチャー チーム

安定したIT基盤の提供を通じて、事業活動を支えます。

・クラウド、ネットワーク、認証管理などの設計・運用

・インフラの標準化・自動化

・グローバルでのIT基盤構築支援

地域ごとの複雑性に応じた対応と、グローバル単位でのシンプル化・標準化・自動化を通じて、オリンパスのビジネスを支える役割を果たします。

担当職種の内容

本ポジションは、担当サービスに関するIT運用全体を統括・管理し、クラウドおよびオンプレミス環境におけるサーバーインフラ(Windows Server、仮想化、ストレージ、バックアップなど)の設計・導入・運用を通じて、安全性・信頼性・コスト効率の最適化を図ります。また、日本地域におけるサーバー領域の代表として、グローバル標準やセキュリティ方針との整合を維持しつつ、国内の事業環境に適した実行計画を策定・推進します。

具体的には下記です。

・サーバーインフラ(Windows Server、VMware ESXi、ストレージ、バックアップ等)の設計・実装・維持管理

・複数拠点のサーバー・仮想化環境の24/7運用およびオンコール対応

・パフォーマンス監視、SLA/KPI遵守、リスク早期対応

・重大インシデント解決・根本原因分析の主導(グローバル・ベンダー連携含む)

・ITセキュリティ基準適用、リスク評価・緩和

・国内外チームとの協業、地域専門家としての課題解決の主導

◎ 応募資格

【必須要件】

・3-5年の大規模サーバーインフラ管理経験(1,000台以上、ハイブリッドクラウド、グローバル運用)

・AWS/Azureなどのパブリッククラウドの運用の経験

・プライベートクラウドの運用経験または知見(VMwareなど)

・3年以上のベンダーマネジメント経験

・バイリンガル(日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:ビジネス会話レベル)

【歓迎要件】

・サーバーの移行経験(オンプレ→クラウド、プライベートクラウド→パブリッククラウドなど)

・医療機器・製薬・ライフサイエンス業界での業務経験

・大規模なグローバルプロジェクト経験

・ITILベースの運用経験

【勤務時間】

8:45~17:30 (休憩:昼45分)

標準労働時間8時間

※フレックスタイム制度あり/コアタイム無し(管理職採用の場合対象外)

※時短勤務制度・テレワーク勤務・時間外労働あり

※業務の状況等により変更となる可能性がございます。
