AWSを支えるデータセンターの管理運用を担当するインフラストラクチャー・オペレーションズ部門は、進化し続けるお客様需要やビジネスニーズを満たすために、AWSの物理インフラストラクチャーを24時間365日支えています。日々、安全性、セキュリティの基準を順守し、信頼性、生産性、効率性の高い運用・保守に尽力しています。
―チーム紹介―
そのインフラストラクチャー・オペレーション部門に属するデータセンター・メンテナンスチームでは、この度、事業拡大に伴い、AWSの大規模で高密度なデータセンターのファシリティ(電気・機械設備など)の保守・修理業務を担当しプロジェクトマネジメントを実施するエンジニアの募集を開始致しました。

―主な仕事内容―
以下が主な仕事内容となります。
・データセンター施設における、UPSや発電機などの電気設備、空調機器などの機械設備の保守・修理の計画と実行(社内変更管理プログラムに沿った承認取得)
・設備保守・修理に必要な物品の調達(RFP・発注処理)や在庫の維持と管理
・定期的な保守・修理・在庫状況の報告
・保守・修理に関わる手順書の作成や必要に応じた文書の更新
・グローバル設備保守プログラムに精通し、ローカルの標準化の遂行
・設備保守・修理に関わる中長期的な計画(コスト管理含む)
・運用チームとの調整や必要時・緊急時のサポート
・新入社員のOnboarding支援、スタッフへのトレーニングの実施
・パフォーマンス指標の策定、定期報告書(WBR、MBR、QBR)の作成・提出
これら主な業務の他、グローバル・リージョナル案件や改善イニシアチブなど、幅広い領域で皆様のオーナーシップ発揮し、今まで培ってきたスキル・経験を活かすことができます。また、個人のキャリアディベロップメントのため、空き時間を利用して社内のオンライントレーニングなどを受講し、スキルを磨くこともできます。

以下の勤務形態となります。
フレックスタイム勤務: 通常勤務時間 - 平日9:00-18:00(標準労働時間 8時間)
