Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations and maintenance of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and programs to optimize performance and reduce operational costs.
- Manage a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, safety, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
- Compile regular reports and updates on performance metrics, issues, and project statuses for management review.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies regarding safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement best practices to enhance service reliability.
- Respond promptly to operational emergencies and develop contingency plans for crisis situations.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of operations and maintenance processes, particularly within the EV sector.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management and operational planning.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance management, preferably in the EV or energy sector.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Experience with EV charging infrastructure and technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for operations and maintenance.
- Background in developing and implementing successful operational strategies.
