Job Description: Solar O&M Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage operations and maintenance of solar power plants ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and coordinate with teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of solar and wind projects, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance and operational processes.
- Manage high-voltage electrical equipment and oversee electrical construction projects.
- Act as the Chief Electrical Engineer, providing technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
- Engage in technical sales to promote and expand SHIZEN ENERGY's service offerings.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and contractors to resolve issues promptly.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, implementing effective solutions as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Professional certification related to solar energy operations and maintenance will be advantageous.
Desired Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing operations and maintenance within the renewable energy sector.
- Proven experience in solar and wind energy projects, particularly in high-voltage electricity systems.
- Demonstrated experience in electrical construction and overseeing technical sales.
- Strong background in communication and negotiation with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently
