【具体的には】
新機能開発や既存機能の改修を中心として、企画・設計・開発・運用の一連のSaaSプロダクト開発に必要なフェーズに携わっていただきます。
・Webアプリケーションの設計/開発/テストコード追加/レビュー/検証/リリース
・PdMやデザイナーとの協業、ユーザーヒアリング
・バックエンドエンジニアとのAPIのI/F仕様決め
・DBまわりのテーブル設計やチューニング
・AWS上でのサービスの構築・運用
・新規プロダクトの設計/開発
・技術知見の共有
・若手エンジニアの育成 など
【求める人材】
・少なくとも3年以上の開発のリード経験
・高度な設計やプログラミングスキル
・優れた文書化とコミュニケーションスキル
【歓迎】
・プロダクト全体の技術選定や全体設計・構築・改善の経験
・CTO、テックリードなどエンジニアリングのリード経験
・アーキテクチャ設計、ネットワーク運用設計、セキュリティ要件定義などに関する実務経験や知識
・アプリケーション設計の知見(デザインパターン、MVC、DDD、クリーンアーキテクチャ)
・AWSを利用した開発経験
・スクラムでの開発経験
・自社サービスの開発経験
・開発者のリードやマネジメント、プロセス改善の経験
【給与】
年収800~1100万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
