OUTLINE:
Project & Dealer Management, Dealer Strategy Leadは、コマーシャル部門の一員として、Project & Dealer Management Manager、Commercial Operations & Strategy内他チーム、営業本部、マーケティング部並びに他部門と連携し、売上向上、コスト削減、Cash Flow改善に寄与することをMissionとします。具体的には、多くのStakeholderを巻き込みつつ合意形成を図り、代理店戦略、共同購入を柱として、プラン推進とマネジメントをリード・実行し、顧客との関係性強化を図るとともに、会社業績目標達成に貢献します。


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
医療機器代理店・医薬品卸の管理および戦略的パ―トナーシップ構築と実行
主要代理店との窓口として企画策定とプランリード・推進(定期的な戦略会議実施など)
共同購入先との窓口として企画策定とプランリード・推進(定期的な戦略会議実施など)
組織全体の視点での新規プロジェクト、プロセス改善・最適化プロジェクトをリード・推進
新規代理店・既存代理店・医薬品卸・直接取引先に対する契約書作成や覚書締結(取引基本契約書の締結・更新、覚書作成など)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Required Competency:
効果的な会議運営(ファシリテーション、議事録作成など)
資料作成(Excel、PPTなど)
データ分析による課題抽出・機会検討および提案
Surgical Vision製品、競合製品・眼科分野に関する知識
眼科領域の市場、ビジネスモデル(貸出、代理店)、競合情報、顧客情報

Education / Degree:
学士号以上

Experiences and Skills:
データに基づくビジネスプラン、戦略立案の経験
ヘルスケア業界における業務経験(5-7年以上)
サプライチェーンもしくはセールスオペレーションや代理店マネジメントの経験(3年以上)
プロジェクトマネジャーの経験(2年以上)
部門横断的なプロセス改善実施の経験(あれば尚可)
眼科領域における営業経験(あれば尚可)

Language:

英語:
TOEIC600点以上、もしくはそれに準じる英語力があることが望ましい
