現在取り扱っている物件は、経済成長が注目されている東南アジアの不動産がメイン。

将来的には世界中の不動産を、世界中の人々が言語や知識の摩擦なく安心して購入できる世界を目指しています。

◎既存営業(カスタマーサクセス)に求められること

不動産購入は大きな買い物であるとともに、海外の商品となると更に不安や心配も大きくなります。

本ポジションは、物件をご購入いただいたお客様のアフターフォローを充実させ、顧客満足度を高めること。

満足度が上がることでリピート購入やお客様紹介を増やし、営業として事業部の売上に貢献することが目標です。

【具体的な業務】

<物件購入いただいたお客様へのアフターフォロー>

・クレーム対応やトラブル解決の実務対応

・チームメンバーのマネジメント・業務改善の推進

・請求書、領収書、契約書等の証憑管理やご案内

・売主側との調整交渉業務

・その他物件の引き渡しに関するサポートや現地への手配(現地グループ法人と協力)

クレーム対応や チームのマネジメント能力も活かせるポジションです。

■必須条件(業界&職種未経験歓迎)

・マネジメント経験

・CS業務経験をお持ちの方(業界不問)

・基本的なPCスキルをお持ちの方(Excel/Word/Google Workspace/ZOHO/Slack/ZOOM等を使用します)

・丁寧な言葉遣いができる方

・人の役に立つことが好きな方

・コールセンター・ヘルプデスクの経験がある方

・接客業のご経験がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

就業時間 10:00 - 19:00

休憩時間 60分

※労働時間8時間(20:30完全退社)

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日(土日祝休み)

※夏休み、年末年始休暇はそれぞれ連休7日以上取得可

渋谷駅からバスを使う場合はハチ公口のバス停エリア、

大井町駅行きもしくは高輪ゲートウェイ駅行きのバスで3駅。

「大坂上」にて下車すると目の前にオフィスがございます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,000,000 〜 ¥7,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥92,925〜¥130,140(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■年収・給与

年俸制:500万円~700万円

月収:357,143円~500,000円

※年俸÷14ヶ月(12ヶ月+賞与2ヶ月分)

固定残業手当:月45時間分、92,925円~130,140円 を月の支給額に含む。

超過分は別途支給。

基本給:264,218円~369,860円

固定残業代:92,925円~130,140円
