Go Japan is a telecommunications service provider dedicated to supporting foreign communities as they begin a new chapter in Japan.

We've expanded into over 10 markets, including Thai, Filipino, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Chinese, Korean, and more.

Together with you, Go Japan's mission is to enhance customer satisfaction by offering high-quality, affordable services that help bridge communication across cultures and communities.


This time, we're looking for a Thai candidate based in Japan, preferably with insights into the Thai community in Japan.

Position:
Thai Market - Sales and Customer Service Specialist

Employment Type:
Full-Time, on-site (Tokyo)

Probation Period: 3 months


Start Date:
Early December 2025

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support, product information, and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, social media chats, email, and in-person.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, and resolve customer difficulties.
Collaborate closely with team members to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads and sales channels (e.g., partnerships, offline events, livestream, etc.)
Achieve sales targets and prepare monthly performance reports.

Collaborate with the internal Marketing Team to develop engaging product presentations and create advertisement content, including assisting in content creation and translating marketing materials into Thai.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve internal processes.
Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and business operations.

Required Qualifications
Currently based in Japan.
Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
Daily conversation level of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and other necessary PC skills (e.g., Canva)
Familiarity with navigating social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, Linktree, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of basic sales or marketing.
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset. Previous experience in a customer service, marketing, or sales support role is a bonus.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to adjust to different audiences.
