Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in technology business or business development at a business-to-business (B2B) software company.
Experience in developing cloud or information technology (IT) solutions.
Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently, as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience promoting infrastructure software, databases, investigative tools, or applications software in the financial services industry.
Experience in working on legal agreements with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
Experience in managing partners in implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
Experience in account management for the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

ResponsibilitiesBuild executive relationships with enterprise customers, influence direction, and serve as a business partner.
Negotiate and manage entire business cycles, presenting to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.
Guide account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, work with Customer Engineers and Google partners, creating new opportunities.
Understand each customer's technology footprint, growth plans, business motivators, technology strategy, and engaged landscape.Motivate business development, forecast, and achieve goals by guiding customers through the entire business cycle.
